一、目的和任务
此次专项斗争是为了严厉打击广东、海南、福建、浙江沿海地区走私活动和遏制当前走私的嚣张气焰,维护社会主义经济秩序,促进和保障改革、开放与沿海地区经济发展战略的实施。具体任务是:
(one)动员东南沿海所有海上缉私力量,重点查缉与打击往来于香港、澳门、台湾和广东、海南、福建、浙江等地沿海进行非法交易的走私船舶及其走私、贩私违法犯罪活动;追查走私线索,搜捕现行和在逃案犯;摧毁走私贩私团伙,打掉藏私窝点,卡断走私活动的地下购、运、销网络;制止珍贵文物、贵重药材、珍稀动物、生丝、鳗苗等国家禁止、限制出口货物物品外流;Cut off the way of private goods such as household appliances, obscene articles, drugs, cigarettes and old clothes flowing into China from overseas.,And strictly ban anti-propaganda products and printed materials that are prohibited from import and export.

II. Key areas to combat smuggling

The coastal waters around Zhoushan, Ningbo and Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province.
