Nancai Market is located in Xiangli Community, covering an area of about 100 mu. It is the largest farmer’s market in Suqian City. For a long time, the market is dirty and messy. In order to completely change this situation, the government invested more than 32 million yuan to implement all-round and three-dimensional transformation and upgrading of pipe network, roads and faç ades, recover 15,000 square meters of public space, build 5 parking lots and 166 closed shops, and build a folk stage and antique landscape wall on the basis of ensuring the original functions of the market. We also established a management mode of "government-led+market operation", introduced "Suqian Good Parking", and strengthened the "one-game five-party" linkage law enforcement among the municipal supervision, urban management, public security, fire protection and local authorities. After the transformation, more than 800 booths can be accommodated, which not only effectively improved the environment and business order inside and outside the market, but also made the masses and market operators the biggest beneficiaries of comprehensive transformation and upgrading.
