The first remote bid evaluation project of county-level government procurement in Liaocheng was successfully completed in yanggu county.

　　On June 28th, Liaocheng’s first county-level government procurement remote bid evaluation project across cities-yanggu county 2022 forest supervision and comprehensive monitoring and evaluation project of forest and grass ecology was successfully completed. Through remote data interaction, the evaluation experts complete the evaluation work such as "on-cloud" communication, "on-the-same-frame" bid evaluation and "cloud signing" certification. The whole process is standardized and orderly, and the whole process is traceable.

Inter-city remote bid evaluation breaks the limitation of the traditional spatial dimension of government procurement projects and is an important measure to optimize the business environment of government procurement. First, promote fairness and justice, avoid "familiar faces" and "playing emotional points", prevent and curb collusion from the source, and ensure fair and full competition among suppliers; Second, it saves transaction costs, reduces the flow and gathering of experts during the epidemic, and saves expenses such as transportation and accommodation for experts from different places, reduces the cost of evaluation, and improves the quality and efficiency of government procurement.
