The theme of the activity is "welding the integration point of science and technology and industry, cultivating and developing new quality productivity", aiming at accelerating the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements through accurate docking of supply and demand.
Zhai Lixin, Party member and Secretary General of China Academy of Sciences, attended the event and delivered a speech. He pointed out that organizing the "integration point" action is a concrete measure for China Academy of Sciences to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and promote the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation put forward by General Secretary of the Supreme Leader at the National Science and Technology Conference. Zhai Lixin introduced that the "fusion point" action has the characteristics of "one core and four more". "One core" is to "weld" the fusion point of science and technology and industry, and promote the efficient transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements as the core task. "Four-plus" refers to multi-way docking, which accurately connects with industrial demand through road shows, patent promotion, supply-demand negotiation and project cooperation. Second, multi-subject participation, scientific research institutes, various enterprises, intermediaries, industry authorities and so on; The third is multi-field coverage, and the promotion results cover the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the layout of strategic emerging industries, and the cultivation of future industries; Fourth, multi-level development, focusing on local, regional, field and other scientific and technological needs, multi-level and multi-gradient activities.
Xu Xinchao, Deputy Secretary-General of Beijing Municipal Government, pointed out in his speech that Beijing will vigorously strengthen the function construction of "four centers", improve the level of "four services", adhere to the linkage of "five children" into the new development pattern, take "cooperation between the central government and the city" as an important focus, further promote the construction of Huairou comprehensive national science center, jointly promote scientific research and achievements transformation, and jointly carry out pilot reform.
In his speech, Wang Peizhang, Director of China National Intellectual Property Administration Intellectual Property Promotion Department, said that China National Intellectual Property Administration will further promote the special action of patent transformation and utilization, and work with various departments and localities to promote patent transformation and industrialization from two aspects: improving patent quality and strengthening policy incentives. It is hoped that this activity will be an opportunity to create a demonstration model for patent transformation and application, and promote the strong chain of intellectual property rights in key industries to increase efficiency.
This activity is the first activity of the "Fusion Point" action. During the activity, China Academy of Sciences released nearly 2,000 scientific and technological achievements to be transformed and more than 12,000 patents to be transformed. In addition, 12 scientific research units affiliated to China Academy of Sciences have promoted major scientific and technological achievements around key industries in Beijing. The event also held the launching ceremony of the photoelectric correlation imaging system of frozen double-beam electron microscope developed by China Academy of Sciences.
It is reported that in the future, China Academy of Sciences will continue to strengthen in-depth cooperation with relevant state departments and local governments, improve the work pattern of coordination, linkage and complementary advantages, and carry out a series of activities in various places.
