The new model of "internet plus recycling" is making recycling easy.

The Report on the Development of Renewable Resources Recycling Industry in China (2020) recently released by the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Report) shows that by the end of 2019, the total amount of renewable resources recovered in China reached 354 million tons, with a total recovery of about 900.38 billion yuan, about 100,000 renewable resources recycling enterprises and 15 million employees, and the total amount of major varieties of renewable resources recovered gradually increased.
The data shows that recycling networks have been established in most parts of the country, and the "internet plus Recycling" model has gradually matured, and the recycling system of renewable resources, which integrates recycling, sorting and distribution, has gradually improved.
  Recycling becomes easier.
—— From street shouting to one-click booking, from covering first-and second-tier cities to third-and fourth-tier cities.
In the past, whenever there was a cry from the street, someone poked his head out of the window and called the other person to collect the junk. Take all the old clothes, old books, burnt-out pots, and small appliances that are not very easy to use, and exchange them for food money. Nowadays, such shouting is hard to hear any more.
At the same time, at the moment of consumption upgrading, young people buy new clothes more and more frequently, and the old clothes that have been eliminated are piled up at home.
How to deal with old things?
Someone put it in the waste textile recycling box at the entrance of the community. Shanghai citizen Baiyun told reporters that a waste textile recycling box was placed in the community, and from time to time, administrators would come to take away the old clothes in the box. "After the implementation of garbage sorting in Shanghai, you can also hand over old clothes and old electrical appliances to the garbage sorting administrator, and the aunts will help with it."
Some people choose to sell as second-hand goods. Beijing citizen Xiao Pei has about 100 JK uniform skirts and other clothes at home, and the wardrobe can’t fit. "I will hang skirts that I don’t like and have worn many times on idle fish for sale. Although the price is slightly lower, I can still’ return some blood’". Xiao Pei’s idle fish homepage shows that Xiao Pei has sold 126 items on idle fish, with a profit of about 46,000 yuan.
Someone chose to replace it with a virtual item. On the flying ant platform, used clothes, bed sheets and quilts, shoes, old bags and other second-hand goods can be recycled. After recycling, Alipay ANT FOREST energy can be obtained, and 1KG can be exchanged for 158g ant energy. "I usually sort out some old clothes when I change seasons, and then make an appointment for flying ants to come to the door for recycling. On the one hand, this platform has a good reputation and is trustworthy; On the other hand, I want the energy of ANT FOREST, and I can continue to plant trees for public welfare. Ms. Tang, a citizen of Beijing, said.
The upgrading speed of electronic products is accelerating, and the recycling of old household appliances has become a problem that almost every consumer needs to consider. Xiao Pei bought a Nikon SLR at a price of nearly 9000 yuan seven or eight years ago and sold it to idle fish for recycling at 1815 yuan last year. "Compared with the purchase price, the recycling price is not high, but it can make the old electronic products that are not used" have a place to go "or even" useful ".I think it is ok." Little Pei Shuo.
With the development of Internet technology, recycling becomes more and more convenient. Taking mobile phone recycling as an example, in addition to consignment recycling on the platform and appointment of engineers for home recycling, Xianyu also launched a one-stop mobile phone home recycling business in conjunction with logistics companies. Users can log in to the "worry-free selling" channel of the idle fish App, and after online evaluation, they can decide whether to place an order and make an appointment for home recycling. The system will evaluate the model, storage capacity, screen appearance and other dimensions to determine the recycling price. Subsequently, according to the appointment time, the courier will pick up the pieces for free, check the machine on the spot through professional equipment, and transfer the money in person. It has been further upgraded in the aspects of standardization of valuation, visualization of quality inspection, data cleaning and service efficiency. At present, the service has been opened in 50 cities across the country, covering not only major first-and second-tier cities, but also third-and fourth-tier cities such as Zhumadian, Chaozhou and Liaoyang.
  Various ways of reprocessing
-Donate it to children in remote areas and disassemble it into raw materials for reuse.
The data shows that from 2017 to the end of 2020, idle fish recovered more than 50,000 tons of old clothes and 23.7 million old books. Where did the recycled goods go?
Old clothes are the bulk of recycled goods. An old clothes sorting factory in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, handles more than 10,000 parcels every day, and the sorting volume during the season is at least twice as high as usual. The person in charge said that 20% of the clothing in the factory will be sold to downstream factories for recycling and made into products such as blankets, carpets and greenhouses; Another 15% is used for donations.
Old books are often screened and donated to areas in need. It is understood that Idle Fish has initiated the charity activity "Fish Force Action" to donate old books, and the platform will screen and renovate the recycled old books. Children in remote areas are not only short of books, but also have the problem of book mismatch. The person in charge of the idle fish said, "People often don’t think much about the nature of books when donating books, giving priority to eliminating low-quality books, which leads to the’ mixed fish and dragons’ of recycled books. The’ Fish Force Action’ can ensure that books flowing to mountain schools match children’s reading needs, which is a more accurate way to donate books. At present, the "Fish Force Action" has been carried out in four phases, and public welfare donations have been made to six mountain primary schools and two kindergartens, including Gongbeiwan Primary School in Longquan Town, dongxiang county City, Gansu Province and Gaozhuang Kindergarten in songji town, Xiping County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province. Last year, Idle Fish opened a special reading day area for Gansu and other provinces to give away 100,000 books, and users can get a book by paying 0.01 yuan for postage.
How to deal with old household appliances? Take idle fish as an example. At present, the household appliances recycling business of idle fish covers six categories: refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, televisions, freezers and commercial kitchen appliances. After users make an online reservation, professional service providers come to the door for quality inspection, evaluation and recycling, so as to improve the experience and efficiency of household appliances recycling. Recycled household appliances with low residual value will flow into the dismantling plant and be dismantled into raw materials for recycling; The recycled household appliances with high residual value are processed by service providers, and some of them enter the second-hand market for re-circulation.
Insiders pointed out that the waste hardware, such as compressors, motors, wires, heat sinks, etc., dismantled from waste electrical appliances in an environmentally friendly way, forming renewable resources such as waste copper, waste aluminum, waste steel, waste plastics, etc., and selling them to downstream waste-making enterprises to realize resource recycling. This model can not only turn waste into treasure, realize resource reuse, but also reduce resource waste.
The recycling rate needs to be improved.
-At present, there are still problems such as low level of fine sorting and low utilization rate of recycling.
In recent years, a series of policies and measures focusing on the recycling of renewable resources have successively landed. In 2016, the Ministry of Commerce and other six departments promulgated the Opinions on Promoting the Transformation and Upgrading of the Recycling Industry of Renewable Resources; In 2017, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued "Circular Development Leading Action" and proposed to promote the new model of "internet plus Recycling"; In July this year, the "14 th Five-Year Plan for Circular Economy Development" proposed to improve the recycling network of waste materials, actively promote the "internet plus recycling" model, and realize online and offline collaboration; In August this year, the National Development and Reform Commission and other three departments jointly issued the Notice on Encouraging Household Appliance Manufacturers to Carry out the Action of Recycling Target Responsibility System, which made it clear that by 2023, a number of household appliance manufacturers will be developed as demonstration benchmarks to implement the recycling target responsibility system, and a number of recycling models and experience practices that can be replicated and popularized will be formed. The standardized recycling rate of key household appliances will be significantly improved, and the ability and level of the main players in the recycling market of used household appliances will be significantly improved … The favorable policies will greatly promote the rapid development of "internet plus Recycling".
There are not too many time and geographical boundaries in the circulation of the "internet plus Recycling" model, and the platform can quickly match idle supply and demand by using the network. "Idle goods are misplaced resources, and we have always advocated the concept of’ turning waste into consumption’, encouraging users to recycle or recycle idle goods through idle fish, and participate in circular economy and green low-carbon life, thus generating greater social value". The person in charge of idle fish said that the "internet plus Recycling" model of idle fish is sinking to cover more counties.
According to the Report, the scale of China’s renewable resources recycling industry has expanded obviously, and the total amount of major varieties of renewable resources has gradually increased, but there are still problems such as low level of fine sorting and low recycling rate.
Due to the wide sources of renewable resources and complex recycling paths, domestic recycling enterprises are generally small in scale, poorly equipped and backward in technology. The sorting of renewable resources is still roughly classified by manual, and it is difficult to effectively separate different types and different series of raw materials. Downstream enterprises still need to spend manpower and funds for pretreatment during the utilization process, resulting in high cost in recycling links and low recycling rate of renewable resources. At the same time, some renewable resources recycling enterprises lack standardized disposal capacity, pollution control facilities are not perfect, and some even have no corresponding supporting facilities, which are prone to environmental problems such as dust and wastewater during production and stacking.
According to the Report, it is estimated that China produces more than 20 million tons of waste textiles every year. One of them is leftover materials in the field of industrial processing before consumption, which are basically recycled; The other is a large number of waste clothes and textiles idle in the hands of residents, and the recycling rate is about 15%.
Pan Yonggang, secretary-general of China Renewable Resources Recycling Association, suggested that in the future, in areas with mature conditions, such as areas with concentrated textile or chemical industries, distribution centers for recycled goods such as waste textiles should be established, so that the recycling of renewable resources can form a scale advantage.
