　　BEIJING, April 14 (Xinhua) The Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission published the Announcement of Shanghai Price Bureau in official website on the 13th, saying that five real estate development enterprises had price violations in the process of commercial housing sales during the special inspection of clearly marked prices in Shanghai, and the Shanghai Price Bureau had imposed administrative penalties on the enterprises involved according to law.

　　In order to further standardize the price-marked behavior of commercial housing sales in this city and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, according to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission on Carrying out the Special Inspection of Price-marked Commercial Housing Sales (No.2329 [2016] of the Development and Reform Commission), our bureau organized the special inspection of price-marked commercial housing sales in the whole city in combination with the actual situation of this city.

　　First, the basic situation of spot checks

　　The object of this special inspection is the real estate development enterprises and real estate intermediaries in this city. The inspection time is from November 10 to December 10, 2016, and the inspection content is the price tag of the business premises. According to the requirements of "double randomness", our bureau directly checks 50 properties for sale and 50 real estate agency stores.

　　(six) take a variety of ways to clearly mark the price, the price content is inconsistent;

　　(seven) increase the price in addition to the price and publicity fees, and charge other unspecified fees;

　　(eight) other acts of selling commercial housing in violation of the provisions of the price tag.

　　Six, spot check results analysis

　　Judging from the inspection results, the overall situation of the spot check objects clearly marked is good, but there are also the following problems:

　　1, individual real estate development enterprises are not clearly marked in the sales center;

　　2. Some real estate development enterprises failed to publicize the number of registered houses and the actual average transaction price of registered houses for each house;

　　3. The basic information of real estate and housing price information published by some real estate development enterprises are not fully marked;

　　4. Some real estate development enterprises have not published the information of relevant charging items.

　　Seven, spot check results processing

　　In this inspection, there are five real estate development enterprises that have price violations in the process of commercial housing sales, and our bureau has imposed administrative penalties on the enterprises involved according to law.

　　According to the relevant laws and regulations, the results of spot checks are now announced.
